Team 4283, INSPIRE Robotics, is an FRC team ran out of Granville High School. In 2013, they won the Industrial Design Award for their innovative frisbee shooter. In 2016, they placed 2nd at the Ohio State Championships.

The Rockwell Collins Innovate Award celebrates a Team that thinks outside the box, and has the ingenuity and inventiveness to make their designs come to life. This judged award is given to the Team that has the most innovative and creative Robot design solution to any specific components in the FIRST Tech Challenge game

This judged award celebrates the team that exemplifies the essence of the FTC competition through team spirit and enthusiasm. They show their spirit through costumes and fun outfits, a team cheer or outstanding spirit. This team has also made a collective effort to make FIRST known throughout their school and community.

Celebrates form and function in an efficiently designed machine that effectively addressed the game challenge. The design is elegant and efficient (simple/executable) and practical which reflects a system design approach, i.e., the overall machine design addresses the many functional systems that must operate together.
